I started Nezda with one belief: that access to great talent should not be determined by geography or budget. For too long, only the largest enterprises could afford to build high-performing global teams. Smaller, faster-growing businesses were stuck — paying local rates they could not sustain, or compromising on quality they could not afford to lose.
